Play Condition

Play condition work is basic repair work like: a few pads and bumpers that need to be replaced, reseating pads, tenon cork replacement, a crack repair, etc. Normally takes 1-4 hours.

Annual Maintenance

During an annual recommended servicing, I take the instrument apart and check for and correct: loose springs, loose posts, uneven tone holes, dry bore, old or ripped pads, and more.

Normally takes 8 hours.

Overhaul

During an overhaul, I do all the steps in a service, as well as a full re-pad and replacement of all regulation materials and bumpers.
Can take several days to a week.
